Exchange & knowledge transfer around Regulation are at the core of P19
Regulation is a pressing topic — and a key lever for innovation, security, and competitiveness.
How can we deal with regulatory requirements in a targeted way? How can regulation enable innovation instead of slowing it down? And what role does it play in areas such as fraud prevention for banks & financial institutions and the necessary steps toward digitalization?
These are exactly the questions we explored at the P19 Round Table together with Bankenverband, efsta, and PFR Rechtsanwälte.
What’s clear: when approached the right way, regulation becomes a true driver for
Strength, trust, and sustainable development are at the center. Open exchange between all stakeholders — under the Chatham House Rule — is essential.
Our shared goal: to strengthen the economy, learn from one another, and drive innovation forward in Europe.
A big thank you to the P19 initiators Birgit Kraft-Kinz, Martin Sprengseis-Kogler, and Roland Toch, as well as to all contributors and participants:
